Ingredients
Misti doi is a traditional dessert from the Indian state of West Bengal. It is a sweetened yogurt made by reducing milk and adding jaggery or sugar to it, then allowing it to ferment overnight in earthen pots. The clay pots used to make misti doi are called "matka," and they impart a unique flavor to the dessert.
Handling
