Fillets of Bhetki, also known as the Asian Sea Bass or Barramundi with flaky and mildly flavoured flesh, marinated in a fragrant and flavourful special in house spice mix, dipped in an egg wash, coated with bread crumbs and fried to a crisp and caramelised perfection. The taste packs a powerful chilly punch, while the aroma of the fried spices rivals that of the Bhetki. A pretty tasty evening snack, we reckon!
