Description:Amarti - A cousin of the famous jalebi, Amarti, also known as Imarti or Jaangiri, is a sweet originally from Rajasthan. Made by frying a batter of urad dal (Bengal gram), sugar, and ghee in oil and immersing the crisply fried rings in sugar syrup.
