Description:Doodh Phinni - The phinni, thin, circular strands of dough, made by mixing maida (refined wheat flour), desi ghee (clarified butter) and milk, and flavoured with saffron, sugar, rose, cardamom, kewra (pandan leaf extract) water and deep fried till crispy and carmelised. Finally, garnished with cashew nuts. Tip: Can be eaten along with hot milk, so as to maximise the taste of the ghee
