Chicken Pakhtuni is a dish from Pakistani cuisine. This preparation starts with the mixing of chicken pieces in turmeric and salt which is then fried in oil. The fried pieces is then tossed in a gravy that is made separately with ginger garlic paste, coriander, curd and some aromatic spices. The dish is finally garnished with some coriander leaves. This recipe goes very well with paratha or naan.
