This dish is a perfect starter for any dinner party. . Minced chicken, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and rich spices are first mixed in a separate container and then put inside the chicken legs through small incisions. The chicken legs are then marinated with besan(gram flour), yoghurt along with some other spices and put in the tandoor (barbeque) for roasting. It is best served with salad and green chutney.
