Much like other famous eateries in the vicinity, Shiv Misthan Bhandar was a little stall in Chandni Chowk back in 1910 when it was started, by a man called Mohar Singh Yadav. It soon gained popularity because of its bedmi poori and sweet treats that were lovingly prepared in desi ghee, a tradition followed till today.
