As we follow the cold chain so best way of heating would be as follows: Meat reheats fine in a microwave. Cover the kabab with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Reheat thoroughly, to at least 75°C/165°F.If needed rearrange the microwaveable plate and microwave it again.
