As we follow the cold chain so best way of heating would be as follows: Chicken/mutton can be reheated in a microwave, a frying pan, in the oven, or even in a slow cooker. But the best way would be microwave. Reheat thoroughly, to at least 75°C/165°F.If needed rearrange the microwaveable plate and microwave it again
Special care is taken to package this product in a secure food graded plastic container with proper cooling system that ensures safety of the product.
Properly stored, cooked chicken/mutton will last for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator. To maximize the shelf life of cooked chicken/mutton for safety and quality, refrigerate the chicken/mutton in shallow airtight containers. The colder a food is, the slower its rate of deterioration. Keep food at temperature 4 - 5°C the safe temperature for refrigerated storage.
