Once an Order is placed only the Customer Service can make that change and that too till the time the order is not fully confirmed by the Brand/Outlet. Once Procurement starts, we cannot make any changes to the order.
Order once placed can only be cancelled through the Customer Service. However, once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Safety and Hygiene are the table stakes for us. All our Distribution Hubs are equipped with all required sanitization process. Our people handle food with extreme caution.
Maintaining the Quality or Freshness of our Products is the Hallmark of our service. We neither freeze nor add any preservatives. Our special packaging ensures that the product is kept between 5-8 degree Celsius, which is turn stores the moisture and freshness of the product.
We only procure from the Most Original Source. For Eg: Tunday Kebabi is in most places of the country, but we procure only from the main Lucknow Aminabad location.

Same day deliveries are possible only for Within City Orders and to be placed before 11 am.
If the complaint is genuine, then either the product is replaced or the amount is refunded in 7 working days.

For Interstate Products, If the Order is placed before 12 Noon, then the Order is delivered the next day between 1 pm to 7 pm, however this service is currently available in Tier 1 cities, And if the order is placed after 12 noon, then the order will be delivered a day after between 1 pm – 7 pm.
We are coming up with the Order Tracking process. Currently you get to know once the product leaves the Distribution Hub.
All such discounts should be checked with the Customer Service directly
Any order placed before 12 Noon, can be delivered next day. However, this service is possible only between Tier A cities.
COD can be availed on special cases only.
This comes under our DFH Service which is currently priced at Rs. 420/- per Kg plus taxes. However please check with Customer Service on the Latest Price as it can be subject to changes.
Yes, we have a strong Referral Bonus Program. Every time you refer, not only you get Bonus Points, the person referred to also gets rewarded. For more details, please check our Website/App.
For all Perishable items, the complaints must be raised within 2 hours of receiving the products. Any complaint for Quality issue made after 2 hours of receiving the perishable item will not be entertained.

This depends on the payment Gateways we use. Most of them currently do not accept the International Cards.
Sometimes due to network congestion this can happen. In that case, please click on Resend OTP.
Safety and Hygiene are the cornerstones of our business. Our Team has been trained to use all Safety norms in handling Food products. In our last 100K deliveries, Food has never got spoiled.
The order can only be cancelled by Customer Service and till the time they are not confirmed by the Brand/Restaurant/Outlet.

Minimum amount depends on 2 things: City of Product procurement & City of Delivery. The Min Amount differs based on the two.

We use two payment Gateways - RazorPay and CCavenue. All major credit cards, Wallets and Netbanking are accepted. Only in Special cases COD is accepted.
